The Petitioner (Mr. Kevin Drew, Plumber) requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 (18) Table 1 to allow removal of a drinking fountain. As this is a state project, no Board of Health letter is required.
VR-171) SPERRY SHOE, NATICK MALL, space #3002 – 145 WORCESTER ST. – NATICK
The Petitioner (Ms. Heather Dietrichson, Director of Construction, INC) requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 (18) Table 1 to allow elimination of the second required bathroom, and instead provide one accessible unisex bathroom for both staff and the public. The Natick Board of Health has no objection to this variance request.
VR-174) TEDESCHI FOODS – 131 LEXINGTON ST. – WALTHAM
The Petitioner (Mr. Craig Bolivar, Plumber) requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.15 (10) to allow pumping to an inside existing building drain due to the inside tie-in pitch. The Waltham Board of Health supports this variance request.
