The Petitioner (Ms. Esther Dechant, MD, Manager) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.10 18 (Table 1. The Petitioner is proposing the installation of an ADA compliant unisex restroom on the 1st floor and an ADA compliant unisex restroom on the second floor . The petitioner provided the Board office with a copy of the petition letter sent to the Concord Board of Health.
PV40) AUXILIARY HOME STUDIO – 14 CHESTNUT PLACE – JAMAICA PLAIN
The Petitioner (Mr. Rick Ames, Architect) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.02(1), 10.02(3), 10.02(6)(b) & 10.05(16) (a)(b) . The petitioner is proposing the installation of a Clivus Moltrum composting toilet. The Petitioner provided the Board office with a copy of the petition letter sent to Boston Inspectional Services Department and also the response from Gary Mochia, Deputy Commissioner.
