VARIANCE REQUESTS:
VR1) GOOSE COVE PUMP STATION – 593a WASHINGTON STREET - GLOUCESTER
The Petitioner (Mr. Ryan Marques, Civil Engineer) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.06 (2) (o). The Gloucester Board of Health has no objections with this variance request.
VR2) GRANITE WORK-SHOP – 61 STEWART STREET – FALL RIVER
The Petitioner (Mr. Frederico Grizotte, owner) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.09 (1) (b). The Fall River Board of Health and the Plumbing Inspector support this applicant’s request.
VR3) LINCOLN INSTITUTE OF LAND POLICY – 7 PHILLIPS PLACE - CAMBRIDGE
The Petitioner (Sisla Daglian, Architect) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.10 (18) Table 1. As this is a Gas Variance, no Board of Health letter is required.

The Petitioner (Mr. Mr. Jamie Pike) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 4.00, the Uniform State Fuel Gas Code, NFPA.8.4.3.3. As this is a state project, no Board of Health petition letter is requiured.
VR9) MENEMSHA FISH HOUSE – 56 BASIN ROAD - CHILMARK
The Petitioner (Mr. Alec Gale, owner) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.06 (2) (o) & 10.06 (2) (m) 7. Mr. Gale provided this office with a copy of the petition letter sent to the Chilmark Board of Health. The Chilmark Board of Health approved the request.
VR10) GEORGE’S COFFEE SHIP – 178 WASHINGTON STREET – GLOUCESTER
The Petitioner (Dean Salah, owner) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.10 (18) (b) 2. c. The Gloucester Board of Health has no objection with this request.
