Hugh White and Joe Robatham will conduct a presentation to the Board regarding their proposed online Tier program

VARIANCE REQUESTS:

PV145) PEPPERS FINE CATERING – 43 HUDSON STREET – NORTHBOROUGH

The Petitioner seeks a variance from 248 CMR o allow the upgrade of the current dishwasher to one that will reduce water consumption by over 60 %  and strictly for washing glassware and china, both of which have no negligible oil or grease. The approval of this variance will allow the business to reduce water, chemicals and energy use in the glass and pot washing operation. There is a 1,000 gallon external interceptor and there will be a grease trap for the pot sink upgrade.

PV161) BUILDING RENOVATION – 125 NASHUA STREET – BOSTON

The Petitioner (David Ferguson, P.E.) request a waiver from 248 CMR regarding the installation method for condensate lines form the heat pumps.

PV164) ROPER RESIDENCE – 184 DEAN ROAD – BROOKLINE

The Petitioner (Mr. Alan Mayer, Architect) is seeking a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 (6) (a) 1, to allow the installation of a floor mounted urinal at this location. The Brookline Board of Health has no objection to the request for a waiver.

PV167) DANI FLEMMING RESIDENCE – 16 MERIAM STREET – LEXINGTON

The Petitioner (Stephen Kirkland, Mater Plumber) is installing an outdoor bar sink and the plumbing inspector is requiring a roof over the sink so rain water will not go down the drain. The Petitioner had a cover made for the sink that will be permanently in place apart from when the sink is actively being used.

PV) PETE SULLO – 19 CHURCH STREET – EDGARTOWN

The petitioner (Pete Sullo) is seeking a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 (18) Table 1 to vary from the requirement number of rest rooms for the patrons and employees his restaurant. The Edgartown Board of Health is aware of the petitioner’s request.
