The Petitioner (Mr. Stuart Anderson requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 3.00, the Uniform State Fuel Gas Code, Section 3.04 (1). As this is a gaa variance, no Board of Health petition letter is required.

The Petitioner (Mr. Peter Muto) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.15 (10). A copy of the petition letter sent to the Beverly Board of Health is on file.

The Petitioner (David White) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.10 (18) (n). The Melrose Board of Health supports the request for an alternative floor drain design for the restroom facility at this location.

VR6) NETZSCH – 129 MIDDLESEX TURNPIKE - BURLINGTON

The Petitioner (Daniel Barton) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.10 (3) (18) Table 1. The Burlington Board of Health on May 22, 2012 voted to offer no objection to the request for a variance.
