VARIANCE REQUESTS:

VR1) GAS GENERATOR – RESIDENCE – 15 ORCHARD STREET - WELLESLEY

As this is a Gas Variance, no Board of Health letter is required.

The Petitioner (Mr. Peter Radzim, Chief Engineer) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.05 (2) (c). The existing underground site waste piping is pitched at a slope of 1/32” per foot. The existing piping will be replaced with new polypropylene piping.
