VR1) INDUSTRIAL GARAGES - 20 MILL LANE - BRAINTREE
The Petitioner (Stephen Zeboski, Owner) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.10(18)(i) to install one employee restroom in lieu of the required two designate employee restrooms. Petitioner notes vehicles will be parked indoors. The Braintree Board of Health voted to endorse the variance request.
VR2) UMASS BOSTON - INTEGRATED SCIENCE BUILDING - BOSTON
The Petitioner (Jeremey Mason, RJA Group) requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 10.00, the Uniform State Plumbing Code, Section 10.10 (18) (h) 4 to allow students and staff to share restrooms in lieu of separate designate resrooms. As this is a State project no Board of Health letter is required.
VR3) GRACE GARDEN RESTAURANT - 101 LAKEVIEW AVENUE - LOWELL
The Petitioner Sing Sank Li requests a variance from 248 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulation) 3.00, the Uniform State Fuel Gas Code, Section 3.04(1) to allow the installation of a Wok Gas Range that has a CSA Certificate of Listing but, is not Board Product Accepted for listing on the Boards website. As this is a gas variance no Board of Health letter is required.
