In its final decision, the Board ordered that Israel pay a $29,600 fine. The Board also imposed a reprimand on Israel's license. Israel knowingly permitted unlicensed clinicians at the Center to use the title "psychologist" when they were not licensed by the Board.

The agency is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and the integrity of the licensing process for approximately 330,000 licensees across 43 trades and professions under the jurisdiction of 31 Boards of Registration.
