In order to add a new Designated Licensed Responsible Producer(s) ("DLRP") to your Business Entity, please send your request, along with a check made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the amount of $75.00 per each new DLRP; mail request and fee to the Division of Insurance, 1000 Washington Street, Suite #810, Attn: Producer Licensing Department, Boston, MA 02118-6200. Please note; all DLRP's are now considered Members of the business entity and therefore, a fee is required. You may also add a new DLRP via OLLIE, the Division's online producer renewal and update site.

In order to delete a Designated Licensed Responsible Producer(s) from a Business Entity, you will have to be sure that you have at least one DLRP on your license prior to requesting the deletion. Please email the following information to ProducerUpdate.Mailbox@state.ma.us:
