What's New

Governor Patrick signs Campaign Finance, Ethics & Lobbying Reform Legislation
The governor signed into law the Act to Improve the Laws Relating to Campaign Finance, Ethics and Lobbying on July 1.  The changes to M.G.L. Chapter 55, the campaign finance, will take effect January 1, 2010.  The sections of the new law relating to campaign finance, Sections 23 to 59, begin on page 20.  Click here to view or download the bill.

Electronic Filing System (EFS)
The EFS was updated in August 2008.  Registered filers can file reports online using Web Reporter or can file electronically using the Reporter 4 software.  Read more...
