Bank Reporter Reporting Software
File Reports Online

Banks can now file their campaign account reports online.  There is no longer a need to download or maintain additional software on your computer network.  All you need is your CPF ID number and password to use Web Reporter, the online filing application on OCPF's Electronic Filing System (EFS).  If you already have your CPF ID and password, you can can click on the link below to get started.  Banks who have not previously filed reports with OCPF should contact our office at (617) 979-8300 so that we can assist you in getting a CPF ID number and password for electronic filing.

OCPF still provides free reporting software for download onto your computer network.  Bank Reporter can be used by financial institutions that have been designated as the depository for the campaign accounts of these candidates and committees:

Statewide Office Candidates:  Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Treasurer, Secretary of State, and State Auditor
Governor's Councillor Candidates
County Office Candidates:  Clerk of Courts, County Commissioner, County Treasurer, District Attorney, Register of Deeds, Register of Probate, Sheriff, and, in Suffolk Co. Only:  Superior Court-Civil, Superior Court-Criminal, and Supreme Judicial Clerk of Courts
Mayor, City Councilor or Alderman Candidates in Boston, Cambridge, Lowell, Springfield and Worcester
State Political Party Committees

The Bank Reporter software is Microsoft Access-based.  It is used to prepare campaign finance reports for electronic filing with our office.  Click on the link below to download the Bank Reporter software:
