Organizing a Candidate's Committee for:

Statewide Office
(Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Secretary, State Treasurer or State Auditor)
The General Court
(State Senate or State Legislature)
The Governor's Council
County Office
(District Attorney, Sheriff or Register of Deeds)
Depository Municipal Office
(Mayor or Citywide Councilor in Boston, Cambridge, Lowell, Springfield or Worcester -- Files reports with OCPF)
Non-Depository Municipal Office
(All other municipal offices -- Files reports with local election officials)
Organizing a Political Action Committee (PAC):

Political Action Committee
(State or Local)
You must first organize as a PAC before you can convert to a People's Committee.
Organizing a Ballot Question Committee:

A State Ballot Question Committee
(The question will appear on the ballot of the next state election.)
A Municipal Ballot Question Committee
(The question will appear on the ballot of a city or town election.)
Organizing a Local Party Committee:

Local Party Committee
(The Ward, Town or City Committee of a State Political Party)
