On January 1, 2010, OCPF will update our Electronic Filing System (EFS) to reflect the changes brought about by the passage of the Act to Improve the Laws Relating to Campaign Finance, Ethics and Lobbying.  These changes include: the addition of new classes of filers and the creation of new reports.  In anticipation of these changes, we are releasing the new 2010 E-Filing Specification for the OCPF EFS, which includes a Microsoft Word document (.doc format) and Microsoft Excel Workbook (.xls format).  If you have any questions about the new specification, please contact the IT Department of OCPF at (617) 979-8300 or send us an e-mail.

We highly recommend that Reporter 3 and Depository Reporter users consider making the switch to Reporter 4.  Upgrading to Reporter 4 is easy and the software can migrate your Reporter 3 or Depository Reporter data for you.  Download Reporter 4.
