Reporter 3 and Depository Reporter are legacy applications that have been retired by OCPF.  They are no longer available for distribution to the public.  However, Reporter 5 will migrate data from Reporter 3 or Depository Reporter, if the files are found during either the installation or migration processes.  If you have any questions about these applications, please contact OCPF's IT Department at (617) 979-8300.

On January 1, 2010, OCPF updated the Electronic Filing System (EFS) to reflect the changes brought about by the passage of the Act to Improve the Laws Relating to Campaign Finance, Ethics and Lobbying.  These changes include:  the addition of new classes of filers and the creation of new reports.  The 2010 E-Filing Specification for the OCPF EFS includes a Microsoft Word document (.doc format) and Microsoft Excel Workbook (.xls format).  If you have any questions about the new specification, please contact the IT Department of OCPF at (617) 979-8300 or send us an e-mail.
