CTR Memo FY2013-08 has been posted to the CTR Web Portal. This memo announces a Competitive Grant/ISA Program for the Funding of Auditors or Program Integrity Infrastructure.

HR/CMS Chargeback 
A memo providing information regarding the HR/CMS Administrative chargeback for FY2013 to support its operations for the Commonwealth was issued on Thursday, 8/30.

Payroll User Group Meeting Wednesday, September 12
The next meeting of the Payroll User Group will be held on Wednesday, September 12, from 9:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. in the 21st Floor Conference Room, One Ashburton Place, Boston. This event will also be webcast for those who cannot attend. Please register for either the meeting or webcast via the Comptroller's Training and Meeting Schedule.

Fringe Benefit, Payroll Tax, Indirect Cost Charges for Accounting Period 13 
The fringe benefit, payroll tax and indirect cost chargebacks for Accounting Period 13 (FY2012 Accounts Payable Period) will be run this Saturday, September 8. All eligible expenditures processed during Accounting Period 13 will be subject to these assessments.

Departments should ensure that the budget structure tables for appropriated (payroll tax only), federal grants and other non-budgetary accounts are properly established for these charges to post without rejecting under object codes D09 (fringe benefits and payroll taxes) and E16 (indirect costs).
