Recurring Payments for Beginners Training October 30 
Recurring Payments are encumbrance documents designed to support standard periodic payments to vendors. These automated payments involve the same amount each time they are generated. This beginner class will instruct attendees on how to use the Recurring Payment Schedule Table to select the appropriate timetable for their recurring payment encumbrance document. Attendees will learn how to enter this document and follow the encumbrance, invoices, and payments through the various tracking tables.

The training will be conducted from 9 A.M. -12 P.M. in the 9th Floor Training Room at 1 Ashburton Place. Register for this training via the Comptroller's Training and Meeting Schedule.

MMARS Hint of the Week - Negative Draw Prevention Report
Departments should review the Negative Draw Prevention Report(linked on the Comptroller's Intranet home page) to view expenses that did not reach the 495 Draw Table because of a net negative balance. Negative Draw table contents can be removed with a CH or EX transaction. Please contact Andrew Richardson at 617-973-2456 for details on how to repair any Negative Draw associated with your federal grants.
