As required by Section 2 Chapter 38 of the Acts of 2013, the Office of the Comptroller is submitting this fourth quarter BFY2014, as of  June 30, 2014, report on “Settlements and Judgments” to the House and Senate Committees on Ways and Means.

The attached report contains information regarding payments, by department, of settlements and judgments from appropriation account 1599-3384.

The total spent during the fourth quarter of BFY2014 was $1,264,286.

In summary: 

In BFY2014, $10,264,398 was appropriated to the settlement and judgment account (1599-3384).  A total of $1,264,286 was spent during the fourth quarter.
