Joe Bellil
Joe Bellil has been involved with Easter Seals Massachusetts for over 35 years. He has been a client, volunteer, board member and is presently the Vice President of Public Affairs. He has also been the president of the Bay State Wheelers, Inc., a non-profit, sports organization for people with disabilities for over fifteen years.
Joe graduated from Worcester State College with a B. S. in Business Administration and from Anna Maria College with a master's degree in business administration. He worked for the Center for Living & Working, Inc. for over sixteen years in Worcester and for the Massachusetts Statewide Independent Living Council for three years. Joe currently serves on the Massachusetts State Rehabilitation Council and brings a strong background in disability sports, advocacy and awareness to the commission.
