Findings For Council's PCA Survey Released

As a companion to the consumer survey commissioned by the Council (see article on this site), the Council also funded the first comprehensive survey of personal care attendants (PCAs) conducted in the Commonwealth. The contract was awarded to JSI Research & Training Institute (JSI), the firm that conducted the consumer survey. A telephone survey of more than 500 PCAs was conducted during the spring and summer of 2009. Preliminary results of the survey were presented at the Council's October, 2009 meeting.
