All public notices must first be reviewed by the Compliance Unit to ensure they meet PERAC's posting criteria. If you would like to post a public notice to an RFP on our website, please complete this form and upload your document(s) for review. You will be contacted if your notice needs further modification before posting. Otherwise, your notice will be automatically posted to the website within three business days. If you need to remove a posted notice, please contact PERAC's Communications Unit.
