10.01: Definitions
Unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context, words and
phrases used in 840 CMR 10.00 shall have the meanings assigned them by
M.G.L. c. 32 and Commission’s regulations (840 CMR 1.00 et seq.) and if
no meaning is so assigned, they shall have their ordinary meanings.
