RE:           Updating PERAC’s Website on Supplemental Regulations

As you know, PERAC launched a new website design in October 2015 to conform to standards.  To ensure that we have the current retirement board supplemental regulations posted to our website, we ask that you review your board’s regulations.

We have attached a copy of your board’s regulations that are currently on PERAC’s website, excluding investment and travel regulations.  Please review these carefully.  If your board has any regulations that have been approved but are not on the list, please send in the documentation with your updated list of current regulations.

We intend to have PERAC’s website include only those regulations which are currently active.  If our records are correct, please let us know.  You may mail, fax or e-mail Doreen Duane, Executive Assistant at with this information.

Please send this information to us no later than September 16, 2016.
