This Section
was signed by the Governor
on 2/12/04 and effective
that day amends the State
ERI in the FY'04 budget
(Section 616 of Chapter
26) to include an Early
Retirement Initiative
for eligible employees
of the Nashoba Associated
Boards of Health. An eligible
employee of the Nashoba
Associated Boards of Health
shall file his/her application
for retirement with the
State Board of Retirement
not later than April 15,
2004. The retirement date
requested shall be June
1, 2004.
