Summary:
Similar to Chapter 219
Early Retirement Incentive
program (ERIP)(See Below),
except that it would apply
the members of the Judiciary.
The primary differences
in this proposal are the
members eligible would
be Group 1 and 2 employees
of the judicial branch,
and General Court Officers.
Also, an additional 1,000
members would be eligible
for the incentive and
the application dates
would be from January
1, 2002 to January 23,
2002 with a retirement
date of a February 1,
2002 for applicants of
the program.(See amendments
made under Chapter 62
of Chapter 2002) |
