840 CMR 12.00: SERVICE BETWEEN AGE 65 AND 70
12.04: Continuation of Service After Age 70
Members who have continued in service between age 65 and 70 and who elect to continue in
service after age 70 are subject to the provisions of 840 CMR 11.00.
