Type in a few descriptive words and press the Enter key or click the Search button.

By default, you will only see results that contain ALL your search terms: dogs cats kennels will retrieve documents that contain all three terms.

To retrieve pages that include ANY of the terms you are using, use an uppercase OR between terms: dogs OR cats OR kennels will retrieve documents that contain any of the terms.

Search terms are displayed in bold in the results: …dogs. Pet owners are advised to keep cats indoors, and dogs under control during the day and in secured kennels or indoors at night. …

Searches are not case sensitive. These three searches will yield the same results: John Adams john adams John adams

Exclude words by putting a minus sign ("-") immediately in front of the term you want to exclude: dogs kennels -cats

Phrases can be searched by adding quotation marks: "kennel regulations"

Restrict your search to a particular file type using filetype: in your query: cats filetype:pdf
