The Massachusetts Career Information System (MassCIS) is an online tool to help you explore occupations and find the right education or training program once you have made your career decisions.

One-Stop Career Centers

These centers are located in cities throughout Massachusetts and assist employers with recruiting by pre-screening applicants, coordinating job fairs, and providing access to additional resources.

Career Center Seminar and RES/REA Programs

Learn about wide variety of Career Center services to help you with your job search. Sign up for Career Center Seminar today - call the Automated Career Center Seminar Scheduling System at 1-800-653-5586 or contact the Career Center nearest you. UI claimants collecting unemployment benefits may be selected to attend the RES or REA programs. REA attendance is mandatory for continuation of benefits.

Vocational rehabilitation services from the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission

The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) Vocational Rehabilitation Program assists individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain employment.

Vocational rehabilitation services from the Department of Industrial Accidents

If a doctor decides that due to your work-related injury you will not be able to return to your job you may be eligible for vocational rehabilitation services. The goal of vocational rehabilitation is to get you back to work earning as close as possible to what you were making prior to your injury. Vocational rehabilitation services cover all non-medical services that you may require to return to a suitable job, and may include evaluation of your capabilities, vocational testing, counseling, workplace modifications, job placement assistance and/or formal retraining.
