Suspension hearings are available Daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
RMV Hearing Officers try to take their breaks at times which minimize the inconvenience to our customers however, at some sites there may be periods of up to an hour when a hearing officer is not available.

Services
- All license, registration & title transactions, license plate returns, learner's permit testing.
- Suspension hearings available from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Written tests for Class D or M given 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Thursdays for branches with extended hours).
- Written tests for Class A, B, or C given 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Thursdays for branches with extended hours).

Directions
From the South.
Route 93 north to Exit 20. The sign gives you 3 choices--South Station, Chinatown or Airport. Follow the road toward South Station & Chinatown (NOT the airport). At the 2nd set of lights take a left onto Kneeland Street. Go straight to the 3rd set of lights (there is a McDonald's on the corner) and turn right onto Washington Street. Go thru one set of lights and the RMV is on the right at the next set of lights at the intersection of Essex, Washington and Boylston streets. We are right next door to Dunkin Donuts under a red awning.
Parking is available to the public, for a fee, at the parking lot on Washington Street past the Registry on the right after Essex Street.
From the North.
Route 93 south to Exit 20 to South Station. Proceed straight on Surface Road to the third set of lights and turn right onto Kneeland Street. Turn right again at the McDonald's on the corner of Washington Street. Proceed straight on Washington thru one set of lights and the RMV is on the right at the next set of lights at the intersection of Essex, Washington and Boylston streets.
Parking is available to the public, for a fee, at the parking lot on Washington Street past the Registry on the right after Essex Street.
