This contains the text of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) that was signed into law by President Obama on 2/17/09.

This legislation, filed by Governor Patrick on March 20, 2009 and enacted on July 2, builds on the work and ideas of the more than 275 people who participated in task forces that were established to plan for and maximize the Commonwealth's receipt of federal funds available through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 (ARRA).
