Commonwealth to receive $95.5 in stimulus transportation grantsMassachusetts was awarded major stimulus transportation grants that will fund critical transportation improvement and economic growth projects for South Coast Rail, Revere's Wonderland transit station and rail service in North Central Massachusetts. Stimulus grants to fund Health IT intitiativeMassachusetts secured $25.6 million stimulus funding to support health information technology initiatives. The grants will support the implementation of electronic health records for providers in small group practices across the Commonwealth and will support the development of a secure network to enable a statewide health information exchange.
