OpenCape Broadband Initiative To Receive $32 MillionOpenCape, a non-profit corporation, will receive $32 million in Recovery Act funding as part of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration's Broadband Technology Opportunity Program. The funding will allow OpenCape to build an open access network for the Cape Cod region that will create opportunities for jobs, economic diversification and regional efficiencies in government.
