940 CMR 13.00 governs bazaars. A bazaar is defined as a place maintained by a Licensed Organization for disposal of merchandise or cash awards by means of chance; provided that the awarding of cash prizes in excess of the amount allowed by M.G.L. c. 271, § 7A or any successor thereto is expressly prohibited.
