RMV Offers Reprieve for Customers Impacted by Power Outage

Due to the disruption in service at RMV branches, the RMV will give customers 48 more hours to resolve suspension issues, if the suspension was due to take effect on Tuesday, November 25. The RMV will waive late and release fees for 48 hours for customers whose citation payments were due on Monday, November 24. Customers who had road tests that were cancelled on Monday, November 24 will not be charged for those tests. Customers must call RMV's Phone Center to re-book a road test.
