Right Whale Environmental Plate

This plate, introduced in 1994, has a distinctive design with the tail of a right whale and two roseate terns. Proceeds from the special plate fees go to the Massachusetts Environmental Trust which provides grants to educate and preserve the Massachusetts environment.
