Suspension Hearing Sites and Schedules

License suspension Hearings with a Hearing Officer are held:

• Beverly: Suspension Hearings on Wednesday only 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
• Boston: Suspension hearings are available Daily from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
• Brockton: Suspension hearings are available Daily from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
• Framingham: Effective March 3rd, hearings in Framingham will be suspended indefinitely. Please visit the Worcester branch office if you require assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Lawrence: Suspension hearings are available Daily from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
• Lowell: Suspension hearings are available Daily from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
  
• New Bedford: Suspension hearings are available on Tuesday & Wednesday and every other Thursday, from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm. There will be no Hearings in this office for the remainder of the summer.
• North Attleboro: Suspension hearings are available Daily from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm. There will be no hearings in this office in July or August.
• S. Yarmouth: Suspension hearings are available Monday & Tuesday ONLY, from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
• Springfield: Suspension hearings are available Daily from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
• Wilmington: Suspension hearings are available on Tuesday & Wednesday ONLY, from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
• Worcester: Suspension hearings are available Daily, from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.

If you are applying for a hardship, it is recommended you arrive at the branch by 4:00 pm.

RMV Hearing Officers try to take their breaks at times which minimize the inconvenience to our customers however, at some sites there may be periods of up to an hour when a hearing officer is not available.
