Suspensions & Hearings: Junior Operator Violations (JOL)

Any motor vehicle operator or motorcyclist between the ages of 16½ and 18 is considered a Junior Operator. The goal of the 03/31/2007 Junior Operator Law is to reduce teen driver crash rates and deaths. Junior Operators who are found responsible for certain violations will face increased penalties.
