Welcome to the official website of the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office. As your Sheriff, I am committed to public safety through the effective management of our inmate population and the many safety and educational programs I offer to the citizens of Norfolk County.

I take great pride in the work my staff has done to redefine the Sheriff’s Office, expand its traditional role of care and custody of inmates and extend its mission beyond prison walls into the community.

Since I took office in January 1999, I have made children and senior citizens my top priority. And, I created the first-ever Victim Services Unit here at the Sheriff’s Office to help those who are victims of crime and domestic violence in Norfolk County.

We are very proud of our accomplishments and look forward to continuing our partnership with the community.
