March 1st marks the end of the transitional service known as Standard Offer. Customers currently on this rate will move to the market-based rate, Basic Service (formerly known as Default Service). Your electric distribution company provides basic Service. Please note that this change only effects the Generation Service portion of your bill. Customers should continue to contact their electric distribution company for all service-related issues such as power outages.
