Grossman Releases Letter on Lottery Winner Charged With Assault on a Minor

Pledges Full Resources of the Lottery to Any Legislative Corrective Measure

Treasurer Steven Grossman today released the attached letter pdf format of Grossman Letter on Lottery Winner
to Senate President Therese Murray and House Speaker Robert A. Deleo in which he offers the resources and technical expertise of the Lottery to assist in any legislative effort to ensure that Lottery winnings are not used to support criminal activities.

The letter came in response to recent revelations surrounding Daniel Snay, who won a significant lottery prize in 2008 and was recently arrested for assault on a minor.
