The Reconciliation Group analyzes data collection from multiple sources to ensure that all transactions are accurate. These reconciliations are conducted on a daily, weekly or monthly basis following established policies and procedures. The Reconciliation Group is also responsible for the researching, documenting and correcting of unreconciled transactions.

The Reconciliation Group is required to process, file and reconcile the income tax filings for the Commonwealth. These include federal, state, out-of-state and Medicare withholdings.

The Reconciliation Group is also responsible for the retention of all account activity, including bank statements, advices from banks, worksheets and any other relevant communications for use by either state or independent auditors.
