Prior to that training, MSRB will conduct a pilot training and certification with 6 employers at the end of 2011. The pilot will include an employer using each one of the payroll vendors, an employer who will upload their own file and one that will do direct data entry into MARIS.
Utilizing this sampling of employers and payroll vendors we will identify technical issues and test our overall training plan. This approach will provide the MSRB training team with a tested approach to training the larger group of employers to avoid any delays or technical problems.
Reminder
As of the last payroll in August and until we are live with MARIS, MSRB will only accept contribution reporting via CD or encrypted email. Disks will no longer be accepted. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact our administration department.
Next Steps for MARIS:
- December 2011
Employer User Acceptance Testing (EUAT) - Employer Certification Process, Mid-2012
- MARIS Official Launch
