Are You Prepared for the Transition to MARIS?

The Massachusetts Retirement Information System (MARIS) is now in development.

Many of you have already begun the process to prepare your data for the transition to MARIS. If any of you are using ADP as your service provider, we have been advised that you should have your ADP sales representative contact Laura Kondovski at the New England implementation center for assistance with updating your file format. She can be reached at telephone 866-940-2311, ext. 2061 or by email at and is familiar with the project.

If you are updating your file format yourself or are using another vendor, please refer to our updated file format doc format of SS-06-19_Agency_File_Format_20100916_1.doc
posted on our website under in the employer section under payroll user updates.
