Have You Contacted Your Payroll Vendor?

The following organizations have been identified with a specific payroll service that will be used to submit employee contributions to the State Retirement Board. Please check the list below to ensure that you are correctly listed.

The only service that has contacted MSRB is ADP. They are working on the development of a file all of the organizations using their service can utilize. If you haven't already done so please contact your payroll service regarding the changes the Retirement Board will be requiring. Please direct them to www.mass.gov/retirement > Employer resources > MARIS Payroll User Updates for the updated file specification requirements.

These changes may take some time to address. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible.
