1099R Forms Have Been Mailed
1099R forms have been mailed to all benefit recipients. If you have not received your form please contact our administration department at 617-367-7770, ext. 8 for a duplicate copy and to ensure that we have your correct mailing address. You can also download an informational 1099R through Retiree PayInfo.
If you are signing in to Retiree PayInfo for the first time your State Retirement Board member ID is your User ID. This six-digit number is located on your remittance advice below your name.
Your default password is this same number, plus the last four digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to enter a new password. You must also check the retiree box. If you need your password reset or have trouble logging on, please contact our administration department.
Federal Tax Tables Have Changed
Many of you may notice a change to the net amount of your January benefit payment. Please be advised that due to new legislation 2011 federal tax tables have changed which may have resulted in a new federal withholding amount. If you would like to update your federal tax withholding amount, please download and mail in a new
W-4P
form. The form can be found on our website under forms and publications. For your convenience, you can fill out the form right from your computer before printing it.
