American Legion Auxiliary
The American Legion Auxiliary offers a Non-Traditional Student Scholarship for a student returning to the classroom after some period of time in which his/her formal schooling was interrupted or a student who has had at least one year of college and is in need of financial assistance to pursue an undergraduate degree.

Horatio Alger Military Veterans Scholarship
Veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom can apply for the Horatio Alger Military Veterans Scholarship program. Since the inception of the scholarship in June 2005, the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans Inc., has given 1,460 scholarships to veterans, with a value of up to $5,000 each.

VVA Mike Nash Scholarship Fund
The Vietnam Veterans of America's (VVA) national scholarship program, the Mike Nash Scholarship Fund, provides financial assistance to: Vietnam era veterans, dependent children, grandchildren, and orphans and widows of deceased Vietnam veterans, for costs associated with undergraduate studies at accredited educational/technical institutions.
