Neuro-Rehab Management, Inc. (NRM) is a case management company that specializes in providing case management services to individuals with neurological illness or injury. Our services include: case management assessment with recommendations, treatment plan development, ongoing case management, short-term resource development, long-term follow-up, file review with recommendations, and ongoing coordination of medical, rehabilitative and vocational services; vocational assessment and ongoing job support. NRM has also specialized in providing case management and stabilization services to individuals who are homeless with brain injuries.

We also provide functional treatment in the home and community. This may include life skills assistance (e.g. budgeting, development of an organized filing system for paperwork, development of a weekly schedule, etc.). This may also include community support services that are meant to assist individuals in accessing the community for grocery shopping, medical appointments, recreation and leisure activities, etc.

Eligibility Criteria (brief)

Individuals must be "functionally" safe in the community.

Must be able to communicate personal needs or have a family member or other person available. Must be medically stable if transitioning or planning to live in the community on own.

Funding for our services includes private pay, some insurance, and any funding that reimburses for case management and community based treatment. NRM is a state vendor and has been funded by SHIP, MRC, and DMR. We have affiliations with the MS Society and Boston Community Medical Group.
