Workers' Compensation Advisory Council

Welcome to the Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Advisory Council Home Page. The Advisory Council is a labor-management committee appointed by the Governor to monitor, oversee, and make recommendations to improve the workers' compensation system in the Commonwealth (Overview of the Workers' Compensation System). The Council meets once a month to discuss a variety of issues with the ultimate goal of reaching a consensus among the major stakeholders of the workers' compensation system.
