Rebecca Donham is Senior Program Officer of the MetroWest Health Foundation, an independent philanthropy addressing the unmet health needs of a twenty-five town area west of Boston, where her efforts are focused on strategic grant making, program evaluation, and leadership development. Her past roles include Program Officer at the Foundation for MetroWest (formerly Crossroads Community Foundation) in Natick, and Program Associate at Associated Grant Makers in Boston. Donham also served as Director of Development at the Center for Literacy in Philadelphia and in the development office of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She received her B.A. degree from Haverford College and MPA from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her position as an MCSW commissioner – which she was appointed to by the Women’s Legislative Caucus – she serves on the board of the MetroWest Nonprofit Network.
