Commissioners are appointed by four appointing authorities. The Governor appoints five Commissioners, the Senate President appoints four, the Speaker of the House appoints four, and the Caucus of Women Legislators appoints six.
If you are interested in becoming a Commissioner, please send a letter of interest along with a completed MCSW Commissioner Application, to one or more of the Commission's appointing authorities.
