Internships
The Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women (MCSW) is
an independent state agency whose mission is to advance women toward full
equality in all areas of life and to promote rights and opportunities for all
women. The MCSW provides a permanent, effective voice for the 3.3 million women
in the Commonwealth and it stands for the fundamental freedoms, basic human
rights and the full enjoyment of life for all women throughout their lives.
The MCSW is a small organization with a huge charge! Therefore
we are always seeking interns and volunteers to assist us in achieving our goals
and meeting the needs of Massachusetts' women. Unfortunately, due to
budget constraints all positions are unpaid; however we encourage college
students to intern at MCSW for college course credits. Please contact our office
