The MCSW provides copies of our publications on the web in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
To view PDF files, you will need to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer.
Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free and is available for a wide variety of platforms from Adobe Systems Incorporated. ("Adobe" is a registered trademark of Adobe Systems Incorporated.)
After you have installed Acrobat Reader on your computer, simply click on the name of the publication you want to view
and Acrobat Reader will be launched automatically.
Adobe also offers services through www.Adobe.com to provide access to blind and visually impaired users to any document in Adobe PDF format.
PDF documents are converted into simple HTML or ASCII text which can then be read by a number of common screen reading programs that synthesize the HTML as audible speech.
